Shele House is a communications agency, but it's a fictional agency. It lies at the heart of the Agency Leadership Program, a senior leadership training course which challenges participants, in their role as managing director, to lead manage and grow Shele House, a network agency located in Perth, Western Australia.
 
Shele House is a custom learning tool designed for current and future senior leaders in marketing communications agencies. It’s an accelerated experience, in which participants gain three simulated years of senior agency leadership experience via a computer simulation.

During three simulated years spread over three days, teams make around 300 decisions that determine the agency's success.These are all decisions that managing directors commonly face which affect the creative output, profitability and growth of agencies everywhere.
​
In a world where employees can suddenly find themselves in key leadership positions without any formal leadership training under their belt, the Agency Leadership Program gives them the skills, experience and confidence they need to succeed. The experience can both prepare them for their promotion or if they are already in the position, help confirm, steer and reinforce core leadership principles.
